It took me three calls to get someone out here to give me an estimate on a small project, then after  Shelby came out I never heard from her so I called two more times still never heard anything. This in my book is very poor customer service, I know I was just a very small project but I feel I should have been treated as though it was a huge project. I will not call or recommend them to anyone. You need to treat every customer as though they were important to you no matter how big or small the project...So sad. It was a stretch to give any stars..so sad
