I partnered with Lightning Restoration after a hail storm swept through the summer. Sales manager by the name of Matt knocked on my door and introduced himself and very professionally and concisely went over what they do at lightning and how they'd like to help me navigate the process of replacing my roof. The entire process of working with insurance and selecting my product was all very easy. Matt stepped up to advocate for me and made sure that I got every penny I possibly could out of my insurance company. Although weather delayed us several times when my roof was eventually finished I was more than happy with the end result and it looks great.

These guys were great and very responsive. I needed a new roof due to some storm damage this year. Matt knocked on my door and offered to take a look at the roof and give a free estimate. They worked with me and my insurance company to get my roof replaced. Being a first time homeowner they made this process very streamline for me. Matt was my point of contact throughout the whole process and was very good on communication. I appreciate him and the team that he works with. I will definitely use them again for any other projects that may come up!

Brett was easy to work with as a representative of the company. He took the time to explain our options and what needed to be completed. The workers were on time and quick! They cleaned up the mess before leaving and returning. The office gal Kate went above and beyond in helping get payments requested from insurance company.
