My evaluation for Lemus is mixed 2 years ago they replaced the roof on my home and did a good job. However one of the teams interfered with the lower gutter so that water does not now flow properly. The estimator evaluated the problem, charged me a fee for the evaluation, and later sent me an estimate for repair that I felt was very high. I gave them a counter offer which they refused. Their team caused my problem but Lemus will not stand tall and correct the problem they caused. I would look elsewhere.

Lemus Construction did several projects at Princeton landing community, including roof replacement and wood siding replacement projects. They promised to use top materials and quality work. However, Lemus always do very lousy job, very inaccurate, using lowest quality materials and hiring unprofessional workers. Also their manager just lied to my face, promising a thing they never completed. The roofs had more leaks throughout first two years after new roof installations, even comparing to the old roof. The "cedar" wood siding, split apart and fall down. After several project they completed, Lemus Construction always do a low quality work for the premium money we paid. It is banned now from doing any construction work throughout our community.

These people are trying to rip me off. They want $1,500 dollars to replace a door that isn't even damaged but the door frame was cracked and fixed. The door is perfectly fine and opens, closes and locks normally with NO issues. They "say" in order to fix the frame they need to install a new door, which is a complete rip off because the door is absolutely fine. Ive had around 4 people that work in contracting said it can be fixed with a clamp, wood glue and a nail gun. I know that this is wrong so that is why i am writing this review. There is NO damage to the door whats so ever but want to replace it. The frame itself in this case is very fixable and doesnt need to be replaced. They just need to do an extra step using a clamp, wood glue and a nail gun. Nothing more. Very disappointed.. $1,500 for something that DOES NOT need to be done
