  I replaced my entire roof approx. 4 years ago and at the time they were very price competitive and did a good job. About 2 years ago I developed a leak at the front entry way and their service dept. came out and supposedly fixed it. Well now it is back and for two weeks I have been trying to get the service dept. to come out and find out what is wrong and repair it. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me that someone will call me and set up an appointment. Well that has never happened! If this is how they take care of repairs I will never recommend them to anyone! I am about to call Channel 10 and post a bad experience on social media

  Siding installed improperly for a new home. The installer glued the Siding to the house with silicone and it started to fall off. They will not come out to repair the bad installation.

  Exterior Associates installed our roof 5 years ago when the house was built. Some damage occurred recently during a storm so I called to schedule an appointment. After 3 calls, nobody called me back to schedule. Very disappointed and would not recommend using them.
