  You really find out what a company or person is like when things don't go right. Lake Area Exteriors installed shingles for us on an apartment building three years ago. We had issues with shingles blowing off not long after and it happened several times (he thinks there was a flaw in the batch of shingles we got). Charles promptly went out and fixed the issue each time with no hesitation. We would definitely use them again.

  This company was amazing they showed up on time and we’re very responsive through the whole process of my roof. Very respectful employees. I needed help filing my insurance claim and the owner Charles was very informative throughout our claim process. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone at the lake. I will most definitely use them again for any services that I need that they provide.
