We hired Roof Lux to install gutter guards for us last fall, and we just worked with them again to get a new roof put on the house. They were great every step of the way. Our sales rep, Ben, was fantastic — in addition to being knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful, he always took a few moments to listen attentively while my 4 year old told him about dinosaurs. 😄 The other team members I spoke to were great as well. I’d happily recommend Roof Lux to anyone needing roof work done!

*edited to add... The owner of Roof Lux called to fire us after receiving our negative, but 100% honest review stating he was "not going to take our S%*T anymore." Honestly, Roof Lux probably is a stressed out small business due to labor shortages, I get that...but what went on in our case was just absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Could I recommend Roof Lux to anyone given our experience? That's a hard "No" ... and after all, that's what a reviews are here for, right? recommend or not? I couldn't & I don't. Unfortunately our experience has been much different than the previous reviews…I’m still holding out hope that Roof Lux will make everything right & that my experience improves and thus my review to a positive one. My husband & I met with a Rep from Roof Lux in Jan 2021, signed the contact and paid our half-down deposit on Feb 6th…bottom line, we are still waiting on our siding… upon signing we were told we would have siding in about 4 weeks, about 4 weeks later we were then given a start date of April 9th, we received a call right around the projected April start date and informed that our siding hadn’t been ordered yet…and that it wouldn’t be here until mid-June. We spoke with our Rep about other options, we spoke with the owners about other options and were assured (it was the beginning of May at this point) that he could get it done & that the siding would be here in 3-4 weeks. We finally received a call that siding was being delivered last Friday (June 4th.) We then received a call that they would plan to start on Wednesday (June 9th) with a subsequent call moving that start date to Thursday (June 10th)…today…and unfortunately we haven’t seen or heard from anyone. We have been working with Roof Lux since February, our check was deposited in February…it’s mid-June and we still have no siding. Times are busy, the construction industry is swamped, parts are hard to get…we get all of that, however this is extreme and due to poor business practices, not lack of product at this point.

We do understand how frustrating it is during this time when the Corona virus has impacted not only our nation but the entire world. Unfortunately the Corona virus has severely damaged the economy and our ability to obtain your specific siding material was impacted by global economics. We do understand that as a consumer, customers may want things right now and we will continue to strive to meet those expectations. Our ability to provide those things rely on the economy and the ability to obtain your special order materials. The information that we gave to you about timelines on receiving material was the information that we received from our supplier, and that information was no doubt passed on from where they receive material from. Again, I understand that waiting for material to be delivered during a global pandemic has been frustrating for you but this is not a reflection on our company. We wish you the best of luck moving forward.
