  Great store and has lots of hard to find construction materials. I asked for a quote about 4 days ago and nobody ever got back to me. I’ll still shop there but disappointed with the lack of response Responded with a good quote. Prices were fair and it was explained to me that the system was down and they were taking orders the old fashioned way.

  I've done business with L K Tapp for over 30 years. They're not always the cheapest and fastest but they try harder to make sure you leave there with what you needed and at a fair price. If they tell you something , you can believe it. I've probably done over a million dollars in business with them and I can't remember once feeling like I was cheated. I don't do much any more but if I need anything and I feel they would have it I would head there without price checking anywhere else just for the service and knowledge they provide.

  Forget the big-box stores for building supplies and other hardware needs. Knowledgeable, friendly staff make Tapp the best hardware store in town. I bought concrete sealer at a better price and quality than the two big stores. I’m pretty much a novice at home repairs and other do-it-yourself jobs but the folks at Tapp helped me understand what I need to get my jobs done.
