  This contractor is a scammer she forged checks not in her name and sent false pictures to my mortgage and left drywall and trash all in my yard. Avoid knock out roofing at all cost very unprofessional and poor work I would never recommend this company

  BUYER BEWARE! MARLETA MARIE BRAND-WILSON aka Knockout Roofing LLC (JEREMY ‘JAY’ LEE WILSON-Owner/Husband of for future reference herein] was hired and signed a contract IN GOOD FAITH for work to be COMPLETED on a home by one Steven Shafer out of Corsicana, TX for a complete home renovation after ice storm earlier this year ruptured all plumbing for house located in ceiling destroying the house and all contents while he was out of state on business. Marleta M. Wilson was fired for fraudulent business tactics by Steven Shafer as he had every right to do for incompetence and dishonest business practices but not before she STOLE over 161K in FORGED CHECKS SIGNING THE HOMEOWNERS NAME without consent nor release. After she was fired, she continued to make false claims and accepted more checks and cashed them also, making false claims and committing fraud and sending pictures of other completed projects saying it was Steven Shafers home when it wasn’t. Also, she forged multiple signatures of homeowner on other mortgage company and insurance documents. She forged multiple signatures on checks even after he fired her for lying to him, the insurance company, the mortgage company and fraudulently accepting over 161K with sub par minimal to no work completed. I saw the photos. He showed me this DISASTER of a house so I saw it with my own two eyes. It is HORRIFIC. FORGERY, FRAUD, DISHONEST and basic thieves. She and her company are about to be sued and brought up on civil and criminal charges. All avenues on social media and otherwise will be exhausted regarding these common crooks until Steven Shafer is made whole. Disparaging the homeowner and then labeling him as ‘evil’ is laughable. It is only a last ditch effort of recovery on her part and nothing more. It’s expected. Of course they will blame the homeowner. What else can they do? Steven Shafer has all the proof he needs for court. This ‘contractor’ can respond however they like and say whatever they want on here but the real truth always has a way of coming out. Video and photos don’t lie. Scammers like her and her company do. Also, threatening the homeowner with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE through the new contractor by relaying to him that she is going to have her husband find Steven Shafer to assault him is even more criminal behavior on her part. What a joke. Complete nightmare. DO NOT HIRE. Unreal.

  Hello, Melissa Gordon you’re wrong! He signed a contract for 110,000 in work I increased the deal up to 180,000 by supplement’s. Also the homeowners deliberately caused the damage to this home. They flooded it themselves. They caused there interior damage. The home owner bought a new race car with the money and I have proof that this job started out with evil and Bad faith! All the money spent was spent on the job as I have shown the mortgage company! The homeowner has the crews rip out everything that was built. I also have proof of the checks and what was cashed PER THE HOMEOWNERS! Thank god I have it all on file! Thanks Melissa have a great day! Ps. You just stated he fired me, he signed a contract if I am fired I get 25% of the contract Contract is from MAY Also I don’t have you as a customer

  Knockout Roofing LLC has been a very big help in getting me and my wife house roof repaired after 2 hurricanes Laura and Delta devastated our home town of Lake Charles and damaged our house. Knockout Roofing walked us through ever detailed and worked very hard to take care of us in these trying times. Their knowledge and professionalism was second to none and we are very satisfied with the finished product. We would definitely do business with this company again.
