  I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Where to begin? After bailing on our first appt and Jose telling me that "sometimes he tells people things without looking at his calendar" I should have known better. Jose did show up to the job site 45 minutes late and did his roof inspection. Afterwards, I asked for the report and tried to pay him when he told me to come meet up with him and pay him cash because "Yes sorry my credit card machine doesn't work maybe I can see you some time next week for the payment and I give the report 2 days after thanks". After he said he'd call me for a time/place to meet up, he never did. Again, I should have known better. If you like getting the run around and chasing down service providers Jose is your guy!

  I didn't notice until months later that Jose's crew had used shingles that do not match my shingles. When I called to request replacement, never got a callback.

  Loved the initial interaction with the owner, I enjoyed walking around their facility and seeing how they manufacture their own roof panels, and I got to touch the product and pick out my own color.
