Very professional company yet the representatives were very personable and easy to work with. Our roof looks great and the work was high quality. I have used them twice, and would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Be sure to see reviews and complaints with the BBB. I have never had the owner of a company be so rude to me. They do a good job at getting insurance to pay for hail damage, but realize this company is just that. They seems to depend on insurance claims for business. Their contracts are all about them collecting money and locking you into their company. There is a 20% cancellation fee if you don't use them to do repairs they get approved. Read all the front and back of every document before you sign it. Make sure all blanks are filled in and you read before signing. Do not expect fast turn around on getting your roof replaced. They are all about collecting money from you as soon as you get it from the insurance company way before any work has begun.

Mr. McCollum, we're sorry to hear you are displeased. This is not the type of feedback we received from you the day your install was completed. Is there anything we can do to rectify the situation? As you can see, from all the other 5-Star reviews we have here on this listing and many other listings, this is definitely not the normal feedback that we are used to getting from 99.99% of our other happy customers... What can we do or what could we have done to do better? We are always looking to improve upon our services and our customer's experiences... When you initially called us with a leak, you were only looking for a roof repair estimate, which you were expecting to have to pay for out of pocket. Once we came to your home and conducted your free property inspection, we found sufficient storm related damages to warrant a full new roof replacement and therefore recommended going the insurance restoration route in order to save you thousands of dollars. You were very happy to go that route. Yes, over 13 years, we have worked on thousands of insurance claims, so you can definitely say we have become experts in that field, but we also do retail work as well. Retail work is actually much faster and simpler, which is why most contractors won't even get involved or recommend an insurance claim. Most just tell the customer that they need a new roof, quote a price and then do the work and the customer pays for the entire job out of their own pocket. We do not necessarily like that "turn and burn" quick money mentality. Here at KEE Roofing we are focused on quality over quantity and doing the job right the first time and if there is legitimate storm damages, saving our customers thousands of dollars, rather than opting for the quick and cheap approach. This is why we give our customer's a 10 year leak-free workmanship warranty, rather than a simple one or two year workmanship warranty, like most. Insurance claims (done right) are a process. They are very time consuming, but we find great satisfaction in helping our customers save money. From the beginning, your insurance company denied your legitimate storm damages and only agreed to partial replacement. KEE Roofing "went to bat" for you again and again and met with multiple insurance adjusters on multiple re-inspections, until everything in our estimate was properly agreed to by them. We never gave up on you or your property. We discussed the entire process with you at length from the beginning; the time investment on our part and team work that would be required in order to "go the distance" and you said, "yes please!" You signed a contract with our company to go to work for you, so I'm not sure where the confusion would be in paying for our time, energy, and efforts. Luckily for you, this was eventually all covered by the insurance company and you did not have to pay a single dime out of pocket, other than for your deductible. We even gave you a FREE upgrade to a better shingle, better underlayment, and then of course, our 10 year leak-free workmanship warranty. Yes, our contract does discuss a 20% cancellation fee, which is standard, in any service business. Every single day most people wake up early and go to work in order to provide for their families. They all do this with the expectation that they will get paid for their time, energy and efforts. Why would it be any different for us? If we spend many long hours to get our estimates approved and funds awarded to customers by the insurance company and then a customer turns right around after they received the insurance funds which were supposed to go towards paying us to do the actual work, and then cancels repairs for free, well then that would certainly leave us out of business, as well as with most people, who would definitely be looking for another job. *Regardless, I'm not sure why this is a reason to leave our family owned company a 1-star review like this, as to this was not a situation that you even incurred.

I am thankful for Ben and his crew. They were very professional, efficient and timely. I am greatful for all the help in which he gave to get my roof replaced. I would most definitely recommend this company for any roofing work. Well done!
