Noticed my roof was leaking after a good storm and I contacted IES. Trey G. quickly identified the issue and explained the repair he recommended. He was very professional and communicative. I will definitely be asking for Trey and the IES team for any future roofing needs I may have.

I had a missing soffit and critters were nesting in my attic. You could hear bumping and scratching sounds late evenings especially on cold nights. As you can imagine this was very concerning for me. I called several companies but no one could get to me timely to close it up. When I called Trey, he was true to his word. He came like he said he would, was on time and fixed the problem while on site. Funny how things workout because I don’t remember him but Trey remembers putting the siding on my home 24 years ago so he especially wanted to make sure this repair was done correctly and timely. He even remembers doing the siding for the club house and a few other homes in my subdivision.The area he repaired is difficult to reach from the inside and outside due to the slope. He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him. He lived up to the slogans on his truck —honesty and integrity.

I had another roofing come prior to contacting IES and they charged what I thought was obscene price to inspect and glue a few roof tiles.. Given the nature of the water stains after a few weeks and now the water stain had qotten big indicating there was still a leak yet it hadn't rained. Cary from IES came out to do a roof inspection and couldn't find any issues on the roof.. He checked the attic and immediately identified the issue. His service was professional and honest. Given I should need Any repairs IES level of Demonstrated integrity has won me over a future customer. Thank you Cary I was able to get the AC people out to resolve the issue immediately.
