  We recently used KAM Roofing Services to replace our 22 year old concrete tile roof as well as adding wind mitigation measures. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had working with a contractor. Highly recommended. Kyle and Joe where both great to work with and were super responsive throughout the entire process. Kyle was very proactive at communicating what and when things were going to happen and keeping us updated on things like the status of our tile order and when the crew would be working. The proactive communication made the entire process much less stressful. The crew also did a great job with the roof and clean up afterwards. My neighbor even comment how impressed they were with how the crew cleaned up after the job. If you're in need of a roof replacement or any other roofing service, you should definitely include KAM Roofing Services as one of your potential roofing contractors.

  I was please with the reroofing from start to finish....Michelle the estimator came out, measured the roof and explained what would happen with the reroof. I asked a lot of questions and felt comfortable with the process. The crew did a great job and in two days I had a terrific looking new roof. Roofs ain't cheap in case you haven't checked lately but KAM came in lower than some but I really read all the reviews before I make a purchase and you should too. Kam took out the horrible wind turbines that were installed by another owner and put in the ridge vents over the house and garage.....no ridge vent on the garage previously. I can really tell a difference now. And the house is much cooler. Kyle and his crew did a great job and they are trustworthy. This is not a paid endorsement nor did I receive any compensation...although I would not have refused if offered.

  KAM replaced all three of our buildings roofs at Sun Ketch Townhomes in Gulfport, FL. The KAM team did a great job communicating with us on a daily basis to make sure we knew the weekly schedule and keep us apprised of progress and issues. The end result is a beautiful new roof and all our homeowners are happy.
