  I contacted three different businesses to provide me quotes for my roof replacement job. Of the three, Johnson Roofing is the only one that wanted to ensure I was home when they came out so we could have a conversation, they could ask me questions, I could ask them questions. They were, also, the only one to include everything in the initial quote to reduce the amount of surprise fees at the end and clearly communicated what could trigger an increase in the quote. They, also, do not require a deposit up front, you only pay once they come out and inspect the final job and ensure you are happy with the results. I am so happy I went with them. They communicated well about schedules, got things rescheduled quickly when a week of rain was in the forecast for my original schedule, and their office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The crew showed up bright at early and immediately got to work. They cleaned up as they went along and before they left the first day, they asked me if it was ok if they left their dumpster there instead of just assuming. And I swear I think they left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived! They even replaced rocks from my landscaping if they had to move them for any reason! I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this crew. And? My roof looks GREAT!! I've already had a neighbor comment on it. Choosing a contractor for a large job is always a nerve wracking decision but you can rest easy if you go with Johnson Roofing.

  Johnson roofing was all around amazing!!! From customer service, the repair man that came out and their work. Pricing was super affordable, they came within only a couple of days and only took one day to do all the work that needed to be done. I would recommend everyone to use their services. I was extremely pleased with them from start to finish!!!!

  In a word, Johnson Roofing is “professional”. From my initial contact with Kameron to the inside scheduling staff, to the crew who did the work. The process was painless. It has been my experience that when a company performs at such a high level, the upper management is doing their job as well.
