I was more than pleased with Jensen Enterprises quality of service. We purchased a new home and Jensen came out very quickly upon request to inspect the roof and gutters. My husband and I are very happy with the service and information and feel safe with the roof service and would recommend them for any roofing  project.

Excellent, reliable, and fast service. Reasonable estimate. Clear and concise communication about extent of damage and repairs. Previously used Jensen Enterprises to fix roof repair of other contractor. They show up for appointments and start work on date promised. I would give them an excellent review.

Martin is a straight forward business owner who gave me a fair bid, clear expectations and the work was completed on time. They replaced one side of my houses siding and did a great job.

I was looking to get my roof replaced and my neighbor recommended Jensen Enterprises. I already had a few bids but Martin’s professionalism and responsiveness was why I decided to choose them to replace my roof. He answered all my questions and never rushed me to make a decision. The work was done when he said it would be and the quality of the work has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend their services.

Martin, the skylight guy, was recommended to me by a long time friend. He was very responsive. Came out and talked to us about several options and provided his recommendations. He tracked down some of our designer shingles in Lincoln. His crew showed up and they were very polite,  very professional, and very efficient ( replaced 5 skylights in a half day )! They did a great job cleaning up and after they were gone, you would never have known they were even there. We were very pleased all the way around. Highly recommended. Jensen Enterprises replaced our roof late last year (2019) and installed gutter guards.  They did a great job!  The crew showed up the same day we signed the contract and they stayed at it until the job was complete.  Tearing off a large roof creates a lot of debris and we were impressed with their thorough cleanup efforts.  We were especially pleased with Martin's management of the process.  He was very professional, pleasant, responsive and stayed actively involved in the job until everything was completed.  The price he offered was competitive and reasonable considering the scope of the work.  I would trust and recommend Martin and Jensen Enterprises for any future roofing needs.

Jensen came to me highly recommended and I could not echo their confidence more. I don't know anything about insurance and roofing, but Larry took all that off my plate.  He fought the battles that I didn't even know needed fighting, pushing through 2 partial claim approvals to a full replacement.

Insurance companies are less than timely in providing funds and Jensen never pressured about any of those items, constantly reassuring me that the wait was normal and not to worry.

I would not consider another vendor and given all the contractors I have worked with he is among the most trustable teans I feel you could meet.

Clean up / install / respectfulness of crew all top notch.

We used Jensen Enterprises for a  new roof, siding and gutters. Marty Jensen and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time, on budget and did quality work. Marty always kept us informed about the project. The professionalism of Jensen Enterprises is exceptional.

UPDATE: Jensen Enterprises is the absolute best in the Omaha area!
They fixed our leaky roof a few weeks ago, I want to give an update that we have had several heavy rains since then and things have stayed dry AND the owner personally followed up with me after the next big rain to make sure there were no issues.  This speaks to their high quality of work and excellent customer service.  Other companies I've worked with in the past have been very hard to get a hold of or return calls, Jensen is so accessible - huge when dealing with home issues that could be very expensive.  So glad we found them, they are the only company we will use for future needs!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:  We weren't sure what to do when our roof started leaking into our house, but    all fears were laid to rest after calling Jensen Enterprises. The service that was provided to us was excellent.  They were quick to schedule and complete the work, clearly communicated all of the roof issues with us, and were very thorough in the repairs.  Highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
