  Josh was able to help me through the process of putting in a claim with my insurance company for a new roof. He was here several times meeting with the insurance adjuster. He stayed with me for the whole process and was always very responsive to my questions. After it was approved I was able to schedule the new roof quickly and the crew did an excellent job on my new roof and cleanup. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof or help dealing with insurance claims.

  Josh and his team were very professional and really helped me through the very difficult insurance claim process after a storm caused critical damage to my roof. Without his expertise and willingness to go to bat for me, my insurance company would not have approved my claim. Josh also came out and re-tarped my roof after another storm while the insurance company was still fighting the claim. After multiple joint inspections Josh did with my insurance adjuster, he was finally able to prove that the roof damage was due to the storm and needed to be replaced. Once approved, the scheduling of the new roof was very easy. I was able to get the new roof scheduled very quickly and the crew was very thorough in their cleanup after the work was done. I would definitely recommend Artisan Exteriors to anyone in need of repairs and/or help with getting your insurance company to pay for what they should

  Tony, Matt and team helped us through a long and painful process with our insurance company after a storm damaged our roof and was unable to be repaired. They stayed in contact with us every step of the way to get us a beautiful new roof for our home. We’re so appreciative of their hard work and having our backs throughout the process. They were honest, reliable, easy to work with, and they gave us a high quality product in the end. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
