  If you are fortunate enough to have John do your work, you'll have knowledgeable, quality work completed! And if you are the type of person that really enjoys not getting responses to your questions for weeks on end or quality work done when promised, this is definitely the company for you! Due to John losing workers until he only had 5 left, he was in the unfortunate position of over-promising and under-performing. Simply being upfront and communicating to customers the situation with worker shortage would have gone a LONG way in being satisfied with my experiences with this company. I signed a contract for what was supposed to have been a week's worth of work starting in March. Any phone calls or emails weren't responded to timely, if at all. Of the 3 workers that were here, only one was competent in job knowledge. The 2 workers that came in to do the final 3 rooms weren't qualified to do the jobs assigned. They wasted a LOT of time, took way too many breaks, not putting in a full day's work and extending the job an extra 4 days, not counting the weekend. Finally, the work was done by the first week in August. Again, John himself does FANTASTIC work and I wouldn't hesitate to have him personally help with any home projects.

  I have seen this company provide the most amazing custom work I have ever seen in cedar rapids, Ia. Area. From tile to barn wood to epoxy to thinking outside the box. If you are looking for custom work, this is definitely your go to company!

  Avoid! I will post more once their insurance claim is taken care of and we resolve our dispute. Just felt inclined to try and save folks from the same nightmare we endured.
