  Joey and the guys do great work. They build quality homes in the Statesboro area and I've enjoyed working with them as their agent on several new builds. With this crazy real estate market, they are able to continue building wonderful homes, despite the hurdles many across all industries have been facing. I highly recommend a home from JAB Construction.

  I recently purchased a brand new home built by JAB Construction, and they did an amazing job. The home is not only beautiful, but the craftsmanship is high quality. The house was nearing completion when I decided to buy it, and it was great to know that I didn't have to worry about how the home was going to turn out. I knew it would exceed my expectations - and it certainly did! I was very picky about the the details in the home being perfect, and the crew at JAB made sure to accommodate. The kitchen is my favorite part of the home - open concept, granite countertops, nice appliances, and cabinets for days. Everything in the house works great - from the plumbing to the electrical, and everything in between. I did have to call Joey after I moved in for what I thought was a problem with the hot water heater. Joey had a plumber and an electrician come out within an hour or two of my phone call. Turned out that the hot water heater was fine, and I realized it was an error on my part. Joey was very understanding. If you're looking for a great builder for your home, I highly recommend JAB Construction!
