Chris Joyner was my home inspector and he did a great job! He starts the inspection early and does a very thorough inspection. He lets me follow him, check what he is inspecting and answers all my questions. Chris is very patient, understanding and knowledgeable about all things related to home maintenance and construction. The overall report was very detailed and easy to access. I found HiCh Inspections to be very affordable and I would definitely recommend there service to anyone who needs a qualified home inspector.

Chris Joyner was my home inspector for my new home purchase. I started doing the paperwork with my realtor and Chris was able to be on site the following day. When I drove up to the house, he was already conducting the inspection before the scheduled time. Friendly and personable. He was very detailed in how he did the inspection. Items that he found that could be addressed by me (not impacting the purchase of the home), he shared how to with suggestions. He covered every detail in a 360 fashion with his report that was written with in a day's time. The write up had pictures and any recommendations if any was needed. Highly recommendable and suggest his services for anyone else that is in need of a home inspection.

The home inspector, Chris Joyner, was quick and responsive. I was worried about having the home inspection done during the holidays and also while I was out of town, but Chris was able to get out to the house and complete the inspection. The report was extremely detailed with professional pictures provided as well. Chris was always available after the inspection to talk and give information on any issues and even offer recommendations on what questions to bring up when I talk to repair professionals. If I purchase another home in the future, I will definitely use HiCh Inspections!
