Irish took care of our entire roof in a day! Had them come back to do our siding, truly changed the look of our house. Pricing was very reasonable!

We had Irish Roofing replace the flat roof on our garage and the shingled roof on our house in 2019.  We were very satisfied with both their price and their work.  We've also had a couple of positive interactions with the firm since.  First, we had some leaking in our garage, and the roofer came out quickly and took care of the problem. Second, we had a problem with a window (installed by a different contractor who is no longer available) and called Irish to request a consultation. We quickly received our consultation---at no charge!  We appreciate the reliability and thoughtfulness of these folks.

Hired Irish to replace the flashing on my sewer vent exhaust. They did all three for what I thought was a reasonable price due to the pitch of the roof and location. Will certainly reach back out when the time comes for a new room. Everybody I worked with was great. I also appreciate how they didn't try to sell me a new roof or windows or anything else I didn't need.  They listened to what I needed.

Absolutely LOVE Irish! *This review is long, but worth the read!*

I moved into my first house this October and to be honest I'm a girl in my 20s, I live alone, and I've been learning as I go. I know my house needs projects and I've been so nervous making sure I recognize quality and appropriate cost for the project. I had at least 5-6 roofing companies come out and give me estimates for an installation before Irish. 100% still recommend doing your homework before choosing any company.

When Scott gave me my estimate, I showed him my current best estimate from another company and he actually complimented the other company, but proceeded to compare his offer to theirs, showing me all the ways theirs was superior. Classy and effective. But his cost was still higher and I wasn't sure if it was worth it. He dropped their cost to beat the competition while keeping everything else in the contract the same!

My only concern came to installation time. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks, it was actually about 4 and we were getting into December, so I was concerned about cold weather. Voicing my concerns, they attempted to bump it up as best they could despite being behind due to the pandemic. Point, they listened.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be there the day of installation. When I came home the roof looked good, but the siding of my garage was cracked and blowing in the wind, and another piece on the corner was cracked. I emailed Scott about these problems. He responded quickly and said he would get someone out to repair them.

I also had my inspector come look at the roof and the roof itself was great! He said it just needed 1 nail sealed.

Scott had someone out and fixing all of the damage and sealed the nail that was exposed and they were so nice about it. The only thing was, time. They couldn't make it out to do all the repairs in the 1 month you get before they request payment (they made it out 2 days later), but they were very understanding with me not wanting to pay until the damages were repaired. And to me, that's more important.

Overall 10/10. Highly recommend Irish and I'm so grateful for the work they've done!

What a great company to work with!  Their pricing is the most competitive we found, very good communication and follow through.  Meagan was very organized, communicated clearly and kept our installation on track, very impressive!  They completed our roof in one day and their crew did a great job cleaning up!  Throughout the day they would send picture or video updates, that was impressive!

We used Irish for a difficult roofing and gutter replacement when we moved into our home.  They were extremely responsive and professional.  They completed the job quickly and did an excellent job.  I would definitely recommend them.

It’s been about two years since I’ve used them and I’ve hesitated writing this review but here it goes.  They did my roof on my house and garage and my gutters. (first problem) I have a flat roof that I paid extra for the tar that it needed and not shingles. Came home from work and my flat roof was shingled. Called them up and was told they did that on purpose so my roof wouldn’t leak. It shouldn’t have leaked since you put new boards down. Never came out to fix that problem for two weeks or so.  During the wait water collected on it and saturated through the wood (Second problem) they never came to do my garage. I called up and the manager came out to my house to see for himself if the garage was done. I had to show him my quote sheet to prove it was in there and he took it from me and told me those pricings were all wrong and I had to get back to him on the right prices. A week later they came out to fix the garage. I ended up paying extra. (Third problem) I had about a three foot section in the middle of my roof ridge missing and the manager told me that he wasn’t going to fix it because it’s cosmetic. 2 yrs later I’m waiting for them to fix it. They came out and just threw something up there but it’s not matching up and it’s also about a foot off on one side. My gutters didn’t get up when they said they were going to. Horrible experiences with them.  Yes roofs are cosmetic and should look nice. Especially for the amount I paid them for this project so you’re excuse on why you didn’t fix it and haven’t yet is the reason I’m writing this.  Also every time I called the place the staff would be rude to me and relay whatever message the manger told them to tell me.  They didn’t want to be bothered with apparently is how I felt.

I had Irish do my roof and I’m very pleased with how it went. They were prompt and did a great job, even roofing a play structure for my kids at the last minute! They protected my yard and house, and they were there and gone all in one day.  I’m happy to have gone with Irish, and I’d highly recommend them!

Was called by Michael to try to make things right and apologized for some of issues I’ve experienced. I have a lot of respect for a company who will go o of their way to try to make things right.

***Roofs installed, inspection has been approved and have had no issues with either roofs***

Very pleased with Michael when he came out to check the roof and come up with a quote. He made it very easy to choose this company and made the experience easy. I got my roof replaced on the house and garage with the addition of removing a satellite and a antenna. A few days after the job and I love the look of the roof. Some issues I’ve seen is they left my backyard gate open when they specifically told me they would close it due to them knowing I have a dog. Honestly not the end of the world and no big deal. The thing that I was disappointed to see was the amount of plastic and nails that was left on the property. I understand mistakes happen, but I’ve picked up hand fulls of plastic, torn shingles and so far 36 nails scattered on my driveway shared with my neighbor and on my deck. I had 6 nails shot into the deck that I had to get a hammer for. Overall pleased and grateful to have my roof replaced. I’m hoping Not to run over any nails or have my dog step on one.
