From the initial contact with POWERHOME SOLAR I have been thoroughly impressed. They always showed up on time for every meeting or work that was scheduled which I really appreciate. Anytime I emailed a question throughout the process it was quickly responded to. I had Jeff originally came to my house to show me the benefits of going solar and answer any questions. I had that guy in my kitchen for four hours answering my questions. Jeff was great; super informative and easy to talk to. The crew that came to work do the install did excellent work despite the December weather in Northern Michigan. Finally, when I got my system turned on, I was walked through setup, settings, and performance and how to make adjustments as needed. I have felt throughout the process that POWERHOME SOLAR, and the folks I have directly worked with, care about what they do and the satisfaction of their customers. I am completely impressed with my ability to produce my own power, the POWERHOME SOLAR company, and the folks from there that I have met, spoke, and shook hands with.

Representatives are very polite. The install crew had to leave twice to get materials, I feel that should have been prepared for the job. Although it was very cold and bitter outside, they did an outstanding job. Friendly and respectful. Its not powered up yet still waiting for inspection and meter change is why a 4 star. I'd like to rate the service when it's complete.

Installation was great.they were a month early. But the service since has been a problem. Something in my system was damaged back in November. We contacted the company. We have gotten nothing but the run around every since. I am paying for a system that I am not using. We were contacted almost 3 weeks ago to set up for today to have our system fixed. That the part was in. Today they tell us the part is not in. Why did you contact us. This has totally become a nightmare. I will tell anyone that is looking to go solar the concept is great but not to use this company
