We had a great experience from the beginning when the sales rep came to our front door to give us a quote until the final inspector came to survey the finished product. The installers missed a few places in caulking the windows and we shared with the inspector and he had it corrected by having the installers return to finish the missed spots. The installers were so professional and worked quickly and efficiently (regardless of the missed caulking spots). They understood the importance of removing their shoes in sensitive areas of the house. They were so considerate of our home both inside and outside. The final inspection was so stress free and the inspector walked from window to window with us and then asked us if we are satisfied and happy with the finished product and service. He then stated if you see anything else or are not happy then call me. During the ordering and time of product delivery we received a phone call update every two weeks or sooner, which kept us looking forward for the new windows. The product was more than we expected. The windows look great and it seems warmer in our home as well as quieter. I would greatly recommend Integrity Roofing window installation. This company knows what they are doing and sincerely care for the customer. Thank you everyone at Integrity Roofing, for a job well done!

The actual gutter replacement went perfectly. The 3 man team did a great job and cleanup. The gutters look great and I expect them to perform perfectly (if it ever rains again) and should last for a long time. I would like to mention that I watched the whole job and had a couple of questions; the workers were not able to communicate easily with me, nor I with them. I would have liked a couple of downspouts installed differently but the language barrier prevented this from even being discussed. I don't speak Spanish and they spoke/understood very little English. I was told by the Integrity sales representative (David) that all the workers were Spanish speakers but there would be a bilingual job boss there. Ensuring a fluent bilingual person was available is recommended. That being said, none of the communication issues prevented them doing a great job. And later... after I contacted Integrity with my concerns, Trish promptly scheduled a crew back to relocate the downspouts. Two days later, Brad & Mark arrived with a 3 man crew and quickly relocated them to the proper locations. I love the way they look now. Mistakes happen, it's what the company does to remedy the situation that matters. I have to say; Integrity has lived up to their name for me and I will be happy to recommend them to my friends & neighbors. Thank you.

I had my roof replaced last fall and 3 basement windows installed this week. All the work was excellent and done on time. Everyone I worked with was professional and thoroughly explained the materials used, how the work would be accomplished and the payment process. They kept me informed about the status of the materials (windows had to be ordered several months ahead of time), cleaned up at the end of the project and made sure I was satisfied with the results.
