Really appreciated Integrity Roofing's professionalism and customer service. The repair was completed well and looks great! I like that the estimator/repair tech took before and after pics, and explained the planned work. The pricing was within the range we expected for the size of repair (on the higher end of that range). Basically, from past experiences with roofing and roof repairs, the lesson is you get what you pay for.

As soon as I called, they scheduled someone to come out to see the house and create a bid for the work.  As I was still waiting for days afterwards for two competing companies to submit bids, I went ahead and awarded the job to Integrity.  They had installed a roof for me years before, and their work was good.

My experience after that was a complete pleasure.  Their crew came out on the scheduled day, at the appointed time, and 1.5 days later, my new roof was looking beautiful.  They made sure I was happy all along the way -- before, during and after.

I hope I'll be in a position to call on them again in the future.

Integrity removed our existing wood siding and replaced with James Hardie siding. All work was completed very quickly with no impact to us or the yard. They cleaned things up so well afterward that we could hardly tell they had even been working on the house.

We had a roof that needed total replacement -- down to the decking -- and also required some carpentry work. It was a huge job that I did not want to trust to just anyone. Integrity was professional and beyond helpful from initial visit to quote to install. They bid the job to be done right, helped us navigate with insurance, and were never hard-sell. When we raised a concern on an install day, I received multiple calls immediately, including from the owners, to assure me that my concerns were being addressed. Post-installion follow-up was excellent and I felt that my business was truly valued. Would definitely recommend.

This business was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. From the very beginning to the very end. Rob the salesman explained everything in detail and the price quoted was the final price I paid with no hidden fees or surprises. The ladies at the office, especially Virginia & Lisa were very nice and prompt to answer questions and return calls. The crews arrived when I was told they would and they were very prompt and I feel they did an excellent job.  They were quick but efficient and were very tidy and clean about thier work. Fernando the production manager stopped by while work was being performed to see if I had any questions or concerns.   Finally Robert the production supervisor did the final walk thru to make sure every thing was done to spec and to my satisfaction. He even went thru and did a final sweep of the yard for any nails and debris.

My husband & I are thankful that we checked the BBB and found Integrity Roofing.  We got a great price with great materials that will protect our home for decades to come.  ALL the staff are wonderful; especially, Luke and Robert. They provided excellent customer service and that is something you can't put a price on !! THIS IS A 6  ****** STAR COMPANY.  It is a waste of your time to call on any other roofing company.  We originally scheduled 6 free consultations/inspections.  One was way over budget; one was not as knowledgeable as INTEGRITY, one was not using the same high quality of materials as Integrity, one was a no-show for there scheduled day/time. And the last one was unable to get out to our house for the free consult for over 2 weeks.  So, it was a no-brainer to hire INTEGRITY ROOFING & SIDING.  from,  the B family-PEACE

After my last roofing installer failed in each of their attempts to correct the roof leaks I was experiencing, I called Integrity Roofing and Siding to set up an appointment for their repair person, Steve,  to come to my home and provide an estimate for the repairs.  A few days later, Steve arrived as scheduled, made a detailed examination of the roofing areas that were the source of the leaks , took photographs, and by that afternoon had sent me a repair estimate that was detailed in its scope of required work and fair in its pricing.  Along with providing me with the repair estimate, he also included information about the founding of Integrity Roofing and Siding; their contractor license number and how to confirm its validity with the City of San Antonio; their Certificate of Liability Insurance; their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau; their history of Superior Service Awards from Angie's List (now known as Anji); their Platinum Preferred Contractor status with Owens Corning roofing manufacturer (my shingles were manufactured by Owners Corning, so my calling Integrity was the right thing to do).  Steve also included other excellent information about Integrity Roofing and Siding.  I signed the contract and repair work began about two weeks later.  The work on the second story was completed within a few hours, but when Steve pulled back the shingles on the garage roof he showed me where the home's builder had done an inadequate job of installing the aluminum flashing between the Hardiplank and garage roof.  Neither of the two previous roofing contractors I had used for replacing my roof following hail damage noticed this problem (or they simply ignored it).  Steve resealed the garage roof pending my approval of a revised repair estimate and scheduling of the work.  Within a few days, I received and signed he revised repair estimate, and not long after that the garage roof repairs were completed.  The proof of Steve's quality of work came when several instances of wind driven rain resulted in no roof leaks!  Thank you Steve!  I wish I had called Integrity Roofing and Siding much sooner than I did for those repairs.  I will definitely have them install my next roof.

We had them come and do siding and paint it once they were done. They did a great job however the only thing preventing us from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they caused damage to the drywall in our home and the project manager  Luke had one of the workers come into our home to look at it and he made it worse by putting a hole in our wall. The company said they would fix it. Then when Luke came in person he said they wouldn't be replacing the damage due to extra supplies and wood they had to use. This is why companies have insurance. So we tore out that wall to fix it and discovered termite damage which they never told us about when they had the siding off and just covered it up. Now if we would of been told about it we would of fixed it then and had them complete the job. But no they set up a whole new wood supper for any termites that may still exist. They even took pictures that me and my husband were made aware of after we called them out about the termites. This is wildly unprofessional and  we will never use your business  agian. We will also warn others about your business because your name is just something you  came up with to sound good to customers.  We are very disappointed.

Update:
Go a call based on this negative review and I was supposed to get a call back 2 days after the initial  call on the tenth. It is now the 15th of March and I have received no return calls and I have reached out 2 times since the tenth. Not to mention I requested the pictures the workers took of the termite damage so we could go after the state inspector  who said he didn't find any wood eating bugs. We haven't received  a call back nor any photos from the one side they fixed. So we went with another company that provided paperwork and pictures. For this I'm taking the 2 stars down to one. If I could it would be no stars at all. Highly disappointed 😞
