  The representative sent was polite, smart, efficient, informative and very nice. We were disgusted by company policy to "strong arm" potential customer. Not leaving estimate & claiming it is a one day offer is disrespectful to a customer comparing products, prices & companies. It is really unfair to train salespeople to use this tactic of a forced sale. If Beldon believed Leafguard gutters and prices had value; they would gladly leave estimates. Please note they do not rank #1 in gutter systems and are 6-10 X more expensive. $$$$

  Gutter Installation: I regret having Beldon LeafGuard install gutters onto my house on 09 Jul 2021, as I have encountered too many issues with these gutters. The Beldon LeafGuard are extremely expensive for not to work properly. Also, it requires too many calls before receiving a response to discuss the issues with the gutters. Since the technicians installed the gutters there has been constant issues, overflows, and leaks from the gutters. An overflow existed near the air conditioner and a leak on the gutter at the front of the house. Rain was pouring directly into the air conditioner. I called Beldon several times to discuss and request for a technician to come to the house to repair the overflow near the air conditioner and the leak on the front gutter of the house. In repairing the two problems, they created another problem, overflow near the air conditioner the rain overflowed to the fiber optic box and on the side wall of the house, the front gutter now had an overflow at the corner of the gutter at the front of the house. Again, I called and again it took several calls to Beldon to discuss the problem and request a technician to come to the house to repair the overflow near the air conditioner and on the front gutter. In repairing the front gutter, it created a leak between the fascia and gutter. I called Beldon five times, on the fifth day I receive a call from Rebekah Mora-Palumbo, Branch Manager. I discussed with her the leak between the fascia and gutter. The discussion was she thought it could be a roof issue not a gutter issue. She indicated if the technician determines the problem with the leak is a roof issue, there will be a charge of $269.00 an hour. I indicated if the installation were done right the first time, as their motto states, "Do It Right the First Time," these issues would not have occurred, therefor the leak requires to be repaired without cost. I called on 17 Sep 2021 to talk to Mr. Danny Mendez, President to discuss the gutter issue, to date, 24 Sep 2021, he has not returned my call. It appears once the customer has signed the contract and money collected everything goes downhill. They are unresponsive to my calls, it takes them days to return calls. Why aren't the gutters and a water flow test conducted after installing the gutters? I suggest before installing the gutters, a Beldon roofer, since they are in the business of installing roofs, conduct an inspection on the roof of the house to determine what problems may occur with the gutters, where would be the best place to install the gutters to eliminate problems or not to install the gutters at all. I am requesting that the leak on the gutter on the front of house be repaired without cost before the fascia becomes damaged or warped. I would like to talk to Mr. Brad Beldon

  The Leaf Gard gutters on my home were damaged by hail in 2020, so I recently had them replaced. I want to emphasis that my review here is for the installation crew and foreman. The (San Antonio) installation crew consisted of Adam, Stevie, David and James. They showed up on time and were respectful of both me and my property through the whole job. They worked so efficiently that it took them only about three hours to complete the (re)installation, and they cleaned-up after themselves in a way that was much appreciated. I inspected their work after the job was completed and found it flawless. I can't say enough good... this was top quality work by top quality people!
