I received an estimate that I must say was a litlle surprising, but it was due to the age of slate tiles and availability. The estimate was accurate and the installation was as scheduled. The owner of the company did the assesment, he was professional and educational. I called three other companies and Integrity was the only company to return my call and quick to give me an estimate. The repair was so fast I didn't realize it had been completed and I was home when it happened! I received a call on my cell informing me it was complete, I said no the truck just pulled up. He said yes I repaired the roof. I checked and it looked great! They were able to match the tiles perfectly. đź‘Ť service and value.

I am the office manager with Integrity Pro Roofing. Before I was hired on as an employee of IPR I had worked with a few roofing companies as a subcontractor working with insurance claims. Throughout my experience I had met some owners that had some questionable business practices. This industry seems to be filled with a lot of unethical people. When I met Rae and Andrew I was so pleased and surprised at how honest they were. They really do "do the right thing" for their clients, subcontractors and employees. I am proud to be a part of this team and I know that IPR and all of their staff are truly honest, ethical and grateful people who are proud of what they do and back all their work and materials with warranties and 100% customer satisfaction. What really sealed the deal was the owner Andrew's Roof Initiative. Not only does he want to take care of his business and staff, he wants to give it back to the community. In all of my years in this industry I have never met a roofing business owner that makes it his goal to give free roofing services, (if able to) to those that are truly in need and cannot afford to have anything repaired or replaced. Yay, Integrity Pro Roofing. We truly are amazing :)

From the moment I called, communication was excellent. The roofing specialist took pictures of the damage and answered all my questions. The quote was fair and the work took place within days of my calling. I would recommend Integrity Pro Roofing to anyone needing roof work or repair.
