  Fire and Hail returned my ruined townhouse much better than before. A drunk driver drove into my townhome, destroying everything inside on the first floor (everyone is ok). The entire place needed to be rebuilt, from the staircase into the basement, the entire floor, exterior and interior walls, framing, a gas fireplace, windows... truly everything. From removing all the debris and ruined personal items, to hiring an amazing clean up crew, I am happy to say after 10 months it is more beautiful than before. James Thomas is so helpful, patient, responsive, and kind through a very stressful process. He provided excellent service during one of the worst and most stressful things I have been through. Thank you James and Fire and Hail!

  Good evening, I’m writing this review with such Joy. I want to say thank you to Devon with Fire and Hail for getting our roof replaced with ease. He took the stress completely out of the situation. After the initial no hassle free of charge inspection he informed my husband and I that we had hail damage. Which wasn’t a surprise. Our insurance company had come out once and sent someone to inspect it but said that there was no issues. We have had this happen to us before and ended up paying out of pocket for a new roof. We reached out to a family friend and they referred us to Devon. He did such a wonderful job working hand and hand with our insurance company that didn’t want to fix the roof. Long story short after Devon worked his tail off we were able to get the roof replaced and we ended up only paying our deductible. If I could do anything it’s referring this man to anyone with roofing needs. Fire and Hail keep up the good work. Honestly we need more company’s out there like this one.

  Brad Coley and his team do great work.  They inspected our roof for free and found a little hail damage to it but not enough for a new roof.  They gave us an estimate to repair the damage and advised us to not file a claim with our insurance company.  Every other roofing company was trying to get us to file a claim, and Brad and his team educated us on why that wasn’t necessary and how it could negatively impact us if we did.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
