Matt Gorman delivered on every promise he made regarding the replacement of our roof which was damaged by a storm in November 2021. He was especially effective in making sure all the necessary documents were filed with my insurance company so that they could properly complete the claim. Once the insurance company paid, Matt and Ryan made sure their team was ready to remove the exist roof and replace it as soon as the weather cooperated. Their team did an outstanding job start to finish! I would highly recommend Hope Roofing and Restoration without hesitation. Matt and Ryan set the bar high with their professionalism, attention to detail and fantastic customer service!

The entire roof on my home was damaged due to a wind storm in late 2021. I contacted Matt for help. Matt came to the house to inspect the roof, and explained the damage to me in a way I could understand. Matt contacted the insurance company and worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process. What a relief! Ryan oversaw the work by their staff during the installation of the roof and later both Matt and Ryan inspected the roof to ensure the work was completed to their high standards. I would highly recommend Matt and Ryan. Years of experience, smart and just great and honest guys! You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommended. The owner, Matt, made sure I was treated fairly by my insurance company, who tried to adjust my claim in a manner inconsistent with the ORC and roofing material warranties. When the job was finally scheduled, the team arrived on time and finished the whole roof in one day. I know that not all roofs can be done in a day due to the size of the home and/or additional repairs, complications, etc. so I was impressed how quickly and professionally my roof was replaced. The workmanship is top-notch.
