  Great experience from start to finish. Mallory was our sales person, and made the whole process seamless from getting a free quote, to the finished product. They even handled working with our insurance company from start to finish. Tony kept us up to date with pictures throughout the entire project, so there were no surprises.   We have used Bone Dry twice - once a few years ago on our rubber flat roof and more recently to come and inspect after we noticed what looked to be a loose shingle. They are professional and the repairs they made the first time out were complimented upon on later by the company who installed a skylight for us. Today they inspected what looked like a loose shingle and made sure all the other areas were good. The loose shingle was just lifted and and easy tap down and he was on his way. Told us the estimated life in all our surfaces - which was much longer than I expected. No repairs needed and the whole roof inspected is a free service they offer.
