Teshaun and Vinny knocked on my door even though there is a No Soliciting sign clearly posted in the front yard which means we do not want to be bothered with what you or anyone else has to offer. Learn to respect homeowners wishes and do not talk back when we try to explain to you what that means, even though you said you do. Train your employees better! I have proof that they saw the sign and think they know a way around it!!

They do not honor their warranty. I paid for the TRIPLE PLATINUM LIFETIME WARRANTY, for your upstairs master bedroom. There was a fire in our Kitchen and the fire department came and broke one of our windows accidentally. HCR told my wife that the glass only is covered under warranty, and when the window was broken, the frame was bent and therefore isn't covered. Reading through the TRIPLE PLATINUM LIFETIME WARRANTY the language states: "All materials and labor are covered by a full Lifetime Warranty. HCR provides a total umbrella warranty that is fully transferable at no charge to a subsequent homeowner. The only exclusion of this warranty is extreme acts of nature." "The warranty includes accidental glass breakage for life." When we purchased the windows , the HCR sales rep said that any breakage is covered including all materials plus the glass. The only exclusion would be an extreme act of nature, such as a hurricane or tornado completely tearing down our house. Because HCR is a shady company who doesn't honor their warranty, I wish I could give them 0 stars. I will not be using their services are products ever again.

I got windows around 11 years ago and the tint inside started to change where we couldn't see out of then anymore. We've asked for a repair but it came at a high cost. I spent approximately 5 months trying to get the new panes and I still haven't received them. The communication is poor at times and there isn't any follow up for something customers deems important. The saving grace has been the installation team actively helped me when the process of getting new window panes halted. The previous window pane manufacturer went out of business and the labor for the new ones were free but it's been a long road to get new ones and have them installed. There just needs to be better communication and follow up to customers and everything would be great. Our experience hasn't been great.
