  We love the design and construction of our total home renovation of a 1979 ranch done 10 years ago, except for the roof. Despite its being only 10 years old, the roof leaked and gutters overflowed from improper installation. We obtained several estimates from Baltimore area well-regarded roofers, and chose Ruff for a total replacement. Their communication and customer-centric values were immediately apparent. We were amazed at the highly professional individual teams that each handled demolition, membrane installation and metal fabrication. They were on-time, meticulous, and creative where needed. The price was appropriate for the high quality. They were great!

  We had a really bad hail storm that tore our roof to shreds. I've never filed an insurance claim like this before, and Ruff Roofers helped guide us through from start to finish. They worked hard on our behalf to get us the very best price, and their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Ryan Nagle, Senior Estimator, helped us navigate the claims process and made excellent recommendations about the ideal roof for our house. He was professional, friendly, and eminently helpful the entire time. Shelia was wonderful with scheduling & communication, and she worked really hard to help me organize the work around my family's virtual work & school schedules. Our project manager Scott was considerate, thorough, and kind during the entire job. When some roof goop (my words, not his) got on the driveway, he cleaned it as best he could on the spot and offered to return on his own time if the rain didn't wash it away. This was my first experience with Ruff Roofers, but they certainly seem to employ the best people to do the best jobs. I could not be happier. (Sorry, I didn't get Shelia & Scott's last names).
