  Called Hippo to install gutters on my new home. The installation appeared to be good except for a large scrape a couple feet long noticeable from the ground (looked similar to the side of car after it was keyed) on the new gutter. They tried spray painting it (I was fine with that) but it just made it look worse. The crew came back out the next day and replaced the gutter. ...A few weeks went by before it rained. Once it rained I could tell something wasn't right on at least two corners of the house. The caulking was done so poorly that water was coming through the corner joints. I called the main office at least 5 different times and was told I would receive a callback from someone. Never did. I kept calling back over the span of 3-4 months. Eventually I was given an installers cell number. Called that, left a voicemail. Nothing. Called back to the office and was given another cell number to call. Left voicemail. Nothing. I eventually just went to the hardware store, bought some caulking and finished the job myself. Never did hear from these guys. I don't plan on doing business with this company again nor would I recommend them.

  It certainly sounds like the communications on this issue was not great. I apologize that we did not do a better job monitoring the activity of our gutter subcontractor. Hippo uses its own employees to install roofing, but other items such as gutters are sublet to, in this case, a gutter company specializing in this type of work. They obviously failed you and is our responsibility to monitor their activity to help make sure you have a pleasant experience. Our apologies that you did not have a top notch experience with your gutters. If we can help in the future please let us know. Thanks!

  Hello I am Steve Gyure ! I called Hippo Roofing to get an estimate ! They promptly sent out a salesman we talked he checked out the roof gave my a price I agreed !!! He said they were about 4-6 weeks out and they would contact me asap !! Well in 2 weeks they were here Doing my roof !! What a crew they had all very polite and talk about professional Wow !! They were they were very Hard working ! They tore off my old roof and put my new Metal Roof on all in the same day ! They cleaned up everything from my yard including the nails with a large magnet !! My Roof Looks Amazing ! I have a manufactured home in Barefoot Bay Fl !! I am very very pleased with Hippo Roofing and All there People they took very good care of us and I would Highly Recommend Hippo Roofing for Your Next Roof and Last Roof You Will Ever Need !! Thanks Hippo Roofing Steve G !!!

  I called Hippo for a quote and the response time was very fast and very professional. Tony came out an explained our options and guided us through the process. He was always in contact with us with any updates every step of the way. Their installation crew was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and made certain that the work area was cleaned often during the day. Roof debris was kept to a minimum and at the completion of the job the area was cleared of any leftover material. The new metal roof looks fantastic. I am very happy with the services they provided and I would recommend them to anyone.
