  I am not very happy with this company. In less than 10 years my roof is completely failing and the company doesn't care. They talk a big talk about how good their roofs are but having a roof go bad and do thousands of dollars in damage is pitiful and very dishonest. In addition to needing a new roof, the roof deck underneath and the paint on my ceilings has so much damage and rot that it is going to cost thousands more to fix the damage that they caused by not installing the roof correctly. I caught their worker cutting corners and doing a very poor job during the installation, Don the owner came out and had a few words with him the next day and things seemed to improve but when I was up in my attic a few months later I noticed that the guy never cut-out and put the ridge vent in. Having ventilation is one of the most important things you need in your attic so I had to call a city inspector and it is on record. I was sure his installer covered up more secrets and all my hunches were true. Over half of the screws can be pulled out by hand and there is so much damage underneath to what was once a good roof that I've had one estimate to replace the roof and all the bad would would be around $25,000. All this for a roof that is only ten years old. The leaks actually began a year ago. They came out twice to fix it but just as incompetent as they are installing a roof, they are no better at fixing one. I contacted Don one more time and after he kept blowing me off for over three weeks I knew I was on my own and will have to pay a more honest and competent company to redo their work and fix all the damage that they have caused. I would beware of letting this company do any work for you unless you like putting on a new roof every ten years and having additional thousands of dollars in damage to your home to fix too. As a roofing contractor they should be ashamed of the sloppy and inferior work done, as people they should be ashamed for charging someone to put on a roof that caused further damage than before they touched it.

  When the roof was initially installed in 2011 all was well. A screw rusted and the roof leaked after about two years. They promptly came out and fixed that. They never did fix the interior damage after saying they would return once they had the materials to replace the drywall and do the knock down on the ceiling where it stained. I wasn't too upset though because my husband fixed it but it should have been a flag as to their follow-through. Another screw is rusted now in 2017 and the roof is leaking again. It is ONE year outside of their five year workmanship warranty. My husband and I have probably called five times between the two of us since July 9th and the guy that I apparently need to talk to, Derek, is never there and won't return my call/messages. I guess no one there can assist with resolving this but him. I am fine waiting for someone to come out - I understand sometimes things can't be immediate but at least a call back to set a date is not unreasonable. Buyer beware, the metal panels may have a 40 year warranty but their screws and workmanship don't and obviously don't hold up over time. When you need a repair - good luck getting a hold of them. I don't seem to be the only person having this problem. UPDATE 7/28: They did finally come out and fix the problem. Had to consistently call to follow-up though. Had we not made a temp fix we would be in big trouble due to all the rain.

  They just finished installing my roof today. Looks fantastic, and they did exactly what I paid for. Ed was great to work with and the crew was knowledgeable.
