  Antonio and his crew provided great service and did a super job on our roof. We contacted him on a Wednesday to schedule and not only was the roof was done the next Tuesday. but it was also completed in just 1 day. 7 AM sharp 6 of his crew showed up. The stripping of the old roof was done by 11 AM and the new roof on by 6 PM. It looks great, they cleaned up all the debris and Antonio was very informative about the new roof and its features. His lead man Jose was also very friendly, professional and informative during the installation. My wife and I highly recommend Heritage Roofing. Dana & Larry G

  Highly recommended! Professional and satisfying experience with Heritage Roofing NM LLC. Antonio and his crew did a fine job, replacing our damaged roof in one day (on the day scheduled) and didn’t leave any debris or nails behind whatsoever. Prompt follow up with detailed pictures after the job was completed, a must since I was out of town at the time. Heritage Roofing NM LLC was recommended to me by my realtor and a fellow roof inspector... so glad I listened to their advice. I definitely was NOT disappointed with the quality and efficient work. Thanks again Antonio, job well done!!

  If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Take your money elsewhere. Antonio, the owner, is incredibly unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful to his customers. He is nearly unresponsive and shows almost no interest in amending work his employees didn't do or the damaged they caused. Not only were there issues with tiles being adhered incorrectly, vents not placed or painted, they did actual damage to the house - leaving MULTIPLE HOLES in the walls of the house and on the roof. It's been over a year and these issues still have not been rectified by this company. I'm incredibly disappointed with so much unprofessionalism and intense lack of customer service. Addendum: The response from Antonio below shows exactly what I mean by unprofessionalism. I wrote this review because I live in the house, I have been there through every step of this process and have had to clean up the mess your company has left. I posted this review because I, myself, am disappointed in your company. The homeowner can post her own review if she would like. There are holes in the stucco that were not there before. In addition, there is a hole in the roof that was covered by shingling. Can you imagine what could happen if someone walked on top of that hole? I do not have to defend myself for posting a review of an unethical company. You, Antonio, should be ashamed of yourself.

  The only stephanie m i have on my records is from August of 2018 and she is very satisfied with her roof. So if you're gonna post stuff like this you might want to get your dates right or stop making false posts for someone that is to cowardice to post it. Why don't you have connie post herself about how she hasnt paid a dime for the roof she had installed. I have all emails that have been exchanged and everytime we fix what is asked and require payment she comes up with some other excuse. To be specific it was 1 hole in the stucco. Now that she is faced with a lien on her home for non payment she orchestrates this. You stephanie m should be ashamed of yourself. Obviously you dont live there because we redecked every old vent hole in the roof and replace with turbines. There is only 1 hole in the stucco. If your not paying for the roof or part of the agreement set forth then you should keep your thoughts to yourself. Also Connie's said she lives alone and that was one of the reasons we couldn't go over at anytime to fix the items. I did walk in the area you are speaking about and I did not fall through.
