  James, I contacted you on Saturday September 15th 2018 by phone informing you of a water leak on my new roof in Willow Spring, NC 27592 that Heritage Home Improvement installed Nov 13, 2017. I sent you pictures by text messages of the damages to my ceilings, which you responded and you told me you were "going to send my guys over as soon as it stops raining ". I texted you more pictures on Sunday showing you the large tarp I installed along with the pictures of the water leak from the inside of the attic around the chimney.  I also text messaged you a picture of the flashing around the chimney where the caulking was not installed.  You responded and said " yeah it's got to be coming in from the chimney ". I also asked if you needed a number for a sheetrock man to repair the ceiling.  You responded "yes" . I provided his number via text message.  On Monday I left several messages on your voicemail and also sent several text messages asking for you to call me back and give me a time in which you were coming to fix my roof. I got no response. I tried again all day Tuesday. NO response.  I have tried to contact you again on Wednesday up until 12:00 noon. No response.  I also left Larry Alford a voicemail message. No response.  I called you Office number and left a message. No Response! Your contract in which you signed states a 10 year workmanship warranty. This is obviously a workmanship issue where the flashing was not sealed correctly. I WILL proceed with legal action against Heritage Home improvement, James Manning, and Larry Alford.

  Heritage was quick to come and issue a quote, and quick to perform the work. However if you ever have an issue and need a follow up good luck on getting them to return. James went from answering my calls and promising to come back to completely dodging me. I tried for months to get anyone and was completely ignored. (How can you have four phone numbers for a business and not reach anyone!!!) If you need a new roof or repair call another company!

  Three years ago I was new to the area and had Heritage Roofing replace my roof on my home and my detached garage , shed and will house. This was because of a bad hail storm that we had. Four times I had them come out to fix leaks on my overhang over the garage. They never could get it right so I hired another company to come out and replace everything they did to fix the problem. That cost another$600. Now it has been three years and I have a leak in my house because flashings were never replaced and are leaking. Had Baker Roofing come out to fix that problem which cost me another $4,000 because I will not allow them to touch my house again. They used way too big nails in the roof shingles that blew big holes in the plywood underneath. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I don’t have an issue with that in the future. My sunroom had a beautiful wood slat roof inside. The nails were so big they extended an inch Through the wood slats. They had to cover that mess up with wood plywood and paint it. One thing after another . It was supposed to have been a 30 year roof. This company was a nightmare.
