  The crew showed up and was rude to my mother, gave her conflicting information and then the PM finally showed up and he was dismissive and rude also. The crew has trampled in our flower beds unnecessarily (nowhere near the actual work site) and I just watched a guy rip an extension cord out of a receptacle from 20 feet away. Unsafe. Unprofessional. Rude. Just no.

  We had our roof in Beaufort, NC replaced two summers ago by 1st response roofing. We were delighted with their service and have remained delighted; during Hurricane Florence we had zero damage to our roof and zero leaks. They did a number of homes in our neighborhood, and our roofs were the ones that made it through fine. This has been a great company to work with, and we now have them doing work on another property we own. We would (and have) recommend them!
