Troy Davenport assisted me in finding a truck bed cover for my 17 year old truck.  It arrived in one day and they installed it the same day.  I’m easily able to open it and it looks beautiful on my truck.  I would recommend Troy & H & H to my Granny if she were still alive.  💙

Very polite and explained everything from price, and down to the penny on all the parts. Describe every part I was getting. It was refreshing to have such courteous service like that. After agreeing to all the parts and prices. He set me an appointment to bring in truck. Gave me the option to call and follow updates on the service being done. Wow again. Truck service was completed as scheduled. Folks!!!! All I can say is, don’t second guess H&H outdoors. They run a five star business. Hands down. Thank you to Roger and the entire crew at H&H. I was visiting my father in Collinsville while on a year long road trip. Needed a toolbox and cover for the new F350 dually. They were able to get in something in 4 days and worked me in early. The box is sturdy and great looking! The cover is easy to remove for access to the fifth wheel hitch and box when needed. Thanks team for your efforts to keep us rolling in style!

We had a great experience.  The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and done well. The delivery guys were very friendly. One of our items was not available at the time of delivery and the sales rep personally drove to our house to deliver it when it came in. Very pleased.

It was very obvious that the kid that installed my bed cover didn’t know what he was doing. No one in the office checked his work so when I left I had problems with the cover. Definitely a failure on managements part for not properly training the employees. Definitely would not take my truck back to these guys.

I ordered step rails through their website to be delivered to the Gadsden store. Shipping was fast. They installed the rails and done a great job. Staff was friendly

Staff was great and made sure my purchase was as ordered. No complaints at all.

Pool was a good deal, but was told i could leave it there until a certain date prior to install. Once the pool came in i had to pick it up within a few days.

They did a great job installing my tonneau cover.  Very pleased with the cover and their work.

I was very impressed by the dedication of the staff. I took my Toyota Tacoma truck by to have them add the electrical plug for my trailer hitch. They went over it and said there were two types. They ordered one, but when it came in, it wasn’t the right one. I was very impressed by their honesty in telling me the truth. They apologized and said they would be glad to get the right one if I would allow them. While they were evaluating it though, they discovered that the trailer hitch was not properly mounted. I watched them fix it, and they didn’t charge me for fixing it. They installed the right one the next day and I was very satisfied. Thanks Clint and crew.

I am highly disappointed with H and H as a whole... I called and set up an appointment through corporate to have a hitch and wiring harness installed on our Jeep Oatriot. The gadsden store was closest to me. Christian tried to set me up an 8:00 a:m appt. but I could not make it so he set me up for 10:30 a:m.... I clarified that these items were in stock at the store. He said yes they are... so I call this morning at 8:30 a:m this morning to verify my appt... I get a call at 9:30 telling me that oops, we don’t have your parts here and are waiting on them to come in on our truck!!! They should be here about 11:30 or so!!!!!!!!!! I took of work  for half a day to have this installed... now it’s gonna cost me a whole day... why make an appt if this is how you are treated? It’s crazy and very frustrating!!! As well as costly....to lose a whole day of work
