The guys in the loading yard was awesome, very respectful and didn't act like I was a burden but like I was a customer. That's customer service.
I got 30 landscape timbers and never touched the first one.
And the guys on the inside was just as good.
Much respect from me. 👍👍👍👍👍

To any one needing pneumatic tools fixed, I highly recommend to DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO WORK ON YOUR TOOLS!! I took pin nailer in for minor repairs and after 3 months I finally just picked up my tool and it completely does not work now. Multiple times I have stopped by and get excuses for not being repaired. I was even told they would replace it with another if they couldn’t fix it. I’m done with this business, and would advise not to have tools repaired there!

Don't ever have lumber delivered we ordered 210 96 got delivered! now having to constantly call to figure out when the rest will come in! We were told Friday by the latest friday comes and no wood. Call today im told let me find out whats going on and i will call you back. No one does i call back.... Then told Monday or Tuesday so we will see 🙄.

When we went by the front desk no one asked if we could use some help.No one had a mask on.We went all the way to the back of the store and finally found what we needed.Never one time did anyone ask if we needed help.I wanted 2 patio doors with the hardware.We stood back there for a few minutes and finally left.This was at one time a friendly place.

Prices are reasonable, selection of some items I needed weren't carried, and service wasn't the best. But they have good lumber and building materials and they carry a lot of construction and building material that other box stores don't have.

First things you notice when walking in are the friendly inside staff who welcome you with a smile and with their no pressure sales training and willingness to help you find what you need when asked makes for a shopping experience like none other. The quality of materials that can be found outside on the yard are beyond belief and vary depending upon the manufacturer of specific material wanted or needed for the job/project being done. The outside yard staff are very friendly and helpful when you stop at the gate house and give someone there your green receipt so that they can direct you to the correct location of your desired material and then they load it up for you, and then count the material loaded when you stop at the gate house on your way out. I noticed that the more you shop there they start to know you by name so as to add to the personal shopping experience.

I was not impressed at all with my trip to this hardware store. they're prices are quite high. they were not helpful or nice at all.

Great place to run in and out and get what you need. People are very friendly and helpful.

Went looking for a tank float, I was sure I would never find one. Well they had one, saved me about 30 minutes work
