  Paid for 2 cleanings last year. They did my spring cleaning. Called several times to have them do the fall. Kept promising to come out, but never did. Now when I call I get a message that their mailbox is full and can't accept messages. Are they stiil in business?

  We have never charged for work that wasn’t done. We don’t accept prepayments for gutter cleanings.

  You would be better off calling anyone else to do your gutters even if you have to get someone from cookeville
