Reliable good work - I will be using them again. We have lots of trees and leaves, and gutters that are out of my reach. I appreciate the professional scheduling, friendly service, and the quality of the work.

I have used Bill/Gutter Champ for several years. If you can get him, he does a good job, shows up as promised, reasonable prices, cleans up well etc. However, I cannot book them this year. Now that the leaves are down I called to schedule my cleaning and was disappointed. Even as a repeat customer I can only get on a wait list that MAYBE they can come sometime IF the weather is OK, IF they are in the neighborhood, IF they have time etc. Really disappointing as a multiple repeat customer. I guess my house is not big enough to make it worth their while anymore. Time to find a new gutter cleaning service.

We can appreciate why Mr. Allen is disappointed. We have not serviced Mr. Allen's gutters since June 2020. Before that it was April 2018. To call for service November 16th is a little short-sighted by our estimation. Due to the limited day light hours and sometimes freezing temps in the morning, it limits the number of appointments we can conservatively make each day considering Michigan weather. However, all of our repeat customers, even those who have to be placed on our call list, have always received service if they still wanted it when we called before the end of the fall gutter cleaning season. We have serviced many customers on that list this week alone. Mr. Allen wasn't interested in the call list. We are not sure what he expected .... to move ahead of everyone with scheduled appointments ?

Gutter Champ has cleaned my gutters 3 different times, and I am always happy with their service. They come when they say they will, and they do an excellent job. Prices are reasonable. During the worst of the pandemic, they took wise precautions to keep everyone safe, while still getting the job done. Communication has always been excellent.
