Called them to fix a leak and they were prompt & very professional and reasonably priced. No deposit and payment was due until completion. Had them come out to fix a loose tile and they inspected the whole roof and fixed about 20. Again very good job and very reasonable. Tony was great getting crew out an fixing the problems. They are my go-to company for roof repairs. Phil

They did my roof years ago and did such a poor job that the roof leaked in my entryway. Not only did they not acknowledge the damage they had done but they refused to fix it. Was ghosted by the owner and the front office threatened to hang up on me when i tried to hold them accountable. I ended up spending almost $3000 to fix the damage they had done. I was a first time homeowner and didn't appreciate the way they treated myself and my family and it was difficult to take on the extra work at the time. They also used two different types of roofing materials on each half of my house to cut corners or save money; shingled and rolled. It just seems like this company deliberately cut corners and refused to fix their sloppy work. I would get a second quote before using these guys.

I am sorry this happened to you but our records show in april 2014 we did a $250.00 repair, We do not recall any phone calls from you, are sure your talking about the same gulf coast roofing? as are records only show a repair in 2014
