I had D&D install new replacement gutters and Luis Perez and Sergio Alvarez did a great job they are both craftsmen and do their work with pride. I could not have ask for anything more. They were very good, fast and left no mess. Even took time to tell me they found no rotten wood or foreseeable issues coming up. All with a smile !

Mark from D&D was a true professional and our experience with D&D was amazing.  His team did a great job installing our gutters and while functional, they also made the house look great.  Excellent quality, very fair price and they actually cared about how it all turned out and if we were happy.  I would highly recommend them and I am happy we made the decision to go with D&D Seamless Gutters!!

D & D Gutters are one of the most professional businesses I’ve ever dealt with, the quality of work was amazing! Not only did they do a great job but Mark who inspected the work was so helpful. He informed me that the builder of my house was putting in a drainage system wrong, he even stuck around to tell them what they needed to do to make it right. Thank you so much for all of your help and you guys did an amazing job on our gutters, the price was below competitors as well. I recommend them whole heartedly!!

Mark came out to the house and put together a detailed estimate, of which I approved. After several months, 2 D&D employees arrived, they walked around the house with me and pointed out that it would be nearly impossible to put gutters on the 3rd level of my home as Mark had quoted me.  The installer felt that since they could not use a boom in my backyard or side yard that they would have to use ladders...the ladder would not of had enough room to reach the 3rd level and since my railings could not be removed, that we would have to eliminate the 3rd level gutters...I wasn't happy about that but completely understand; I would never want anyone to risk their life.  After our meeting and discussion, the lead installer asked if they could install the gutters the next week when he would have a more experienced helper, as I had waited already several months...I said that would be fine.  Monday came and at around 10:30 a completely new installer showed up and informed me that he would have to chop off the bulk of my Sylvester Palm fronds, in order to be able to hang the gutters on the side of my home, along the second story.  This was completely unacceptable to be...seeing as the trees were well below the second level and did not even touch the house.  The installer was very rude and stated, "well, we'll just not put that section up".  I told him to not touch the house and I immediately called D&D...where I had to leave a message.  I called back again and got a girl on the phone...she completely stuck by what the installer communicated.  I told them that I would sue them if they touch my home.

Long story less long, this company could care less how they treat your home and could care less about having a manager reach out.  It's a total bait and switch from estimate to install.  I would never hire this company to do anything.  I am attaching pictures and my estimate so that everyone that reads can come to their own conclusion.  Just saw that Mark posted below my Very bad review...just so everyone knows...he has NEVER tried to contact me via phone, email, text, in person...etc.  Company's love to mislead the consumer.  They did not want to trim my trees...they wanted to cut ALL the palm fronds from my Sylvester's...look at the pictures...they are NO WAY in the way.  They were out at my neighbors installing gutters 2 days after this madness...and the guy, Craig, that originally was going to install, walked over to my home and apologized to me...not on behalf of D&D, just as a nice person.  He stated that he would not have touched my trees and that they were not in the way.  The neighbors house, where they were actively installing gutters had palms all over the side of the house touching all the areas where the gutters were installed...Craig did not clip any of the palms!  GO FIGURE!  I just got the luck of the draw...a VERY NASTY< LAZY installer that didn't want to do the job.

I had D & D Seamless Gutters install gutters around my house close to 5 years ago. They are nearly 40’ up and they used one of their lifts to install them. There was a leak at a corner and they came out and sealed the joint up. While having some roof work done in May, the roofer added more sealant to the corner A few months ago I noticed that the water was only coming out of one down spout. Last week I saw that D & D was installing gutters on a home just up the street so I called to see if they could come and look at  the downspout and the corner. The owner Mark Fencil brought the lift over and unclogged the downspout and then inspected the corner joint. He removed a huge amount of roofing sealant that the roofer installed that inhibited the water from flowing properly. Mark must have been here two hours and properly resealed the corner. Neither of these problems had anything to do with his original work yet he refused to accept any money for all his hard work which included trucking his lift to my home. He said that it was important that his customers are happy with the product.
This is the finest display of customer service I have ever experienced.

Really excellent service and experience. I am not big on writing reviews. I felt the need to with the business because they did a great job, were patient with me as I had to change the date a few times being a new build and the result is really beautiful. It took them several days to install and they made the gutters in the truck by hand and it looks so clean and good my wife asked when they were being installed?!? I was like, hunny they are! That is a good testimonial right there! Thanks guys!!!

After researching and receiving quotes for multiple companies, we elected to go with D&D Seamless Gutters.  We are most pleased with our decision and would highly recommend the company.  Mark Fencil visited the house, discussed options, described their approach to measuring and fitting the gutters, made excellent recommendations on colors to use and promptly provide a detailed written proposal.  The price offered was competitive and all communications with Chris and Beverly in the office were timely.

The actual work was performed by Daniel and Luis, two individuals who take pride in their work, openly discuss options such as downspout locations, and delivered a high quality workmanship.  They arrived on time and upon departing each day left a clean worksite with no identifiable damage to either house or plantings.  I would highly recommend D&D.

I had been considering putting gutters on my home for a number of years.  I live in a gated community and have a large two-story home that I knew would require a lift to be used in order to reach over the lanai and to part of the top story.  I also wanted the downspouts to be run out away from the house which required a significant amount of shovel work in order to avoid hitting the wiring, cables, and irrigation in my yard.  I am quite particular and detailed oriented, so I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a company that would do the work to my standards.

Fortunately, after a great deal of research, I found D&D Seamless Gutters and chose them for the job.  They are the only company I found that would install the gutters and also run the downspouts/drains away from the house (getting the water away from the foundation of my house was my primary objective).  It was very important to me to have one company do both the gutters and the drains, so I wouldn’t have to contract for that work separately.

The owner of D&D, Mark, came to my home and developed a detailed plan and estimate.  To my surprise, they were very reasonably priced.  After selecting D&D, Mark and his wife Beverly also helped me with getting HOA approval.  They scheduled my work and the installation team showed up precisely as scheduled.

Daniel, Luis and Gerry were the installers and are three of the most professional and courteous workers I have had in a long time.  When they arrived, Daniel asked me to do a final walk around to make sure he knew every detail of the plan and understood my expectations.  When we finished, he, Luis and Daniel got to work, and worked diligently for the next four days to finish the job.

Every part of the job was done with skill and with care for the final appearance.  Daniel and Luis made the gutters look like they were installed when the house was built.  Gerry’s job was to dig (by hand) all of the trenches for the flex pipe from the downspouts to the catch basins.  Amazingly, he didn’t damage a single wire, irrigation pipe or utility item.  Some of the trenches were 30 ft long, so this really attests to his being very careful.  He did a great job and even replanted the grass over the trenches.  In only a few weeks, the areas where the trenches were dug are barely noticeable.

The job D&D did was as perfect as it gets.  Every part of the gutter system was designed and installed as planned.  Any of the small items I asked to be changed, were changed without hesitation and with no additional cost.  We got a big rain the day after the job was completed, and the system worked perfectly.  I am very hard to please, but the D&D Seamless team did a truly great job.

Again, I highly recommend D&D Seamless gutters to anyone, especially those with large homes and complex systems.

Walked us through the whole installation and followed up to make sure we were happy. We will definitely use them for our next project and would not hesitate to recommend D&D Gutters to others.
