  I can't say enough good about the experience we had with Grennan Construction. We had an extensive remodel done on the exterior and every contractor who came exceeded our expectations. We had a porch torn off and a new one built and the work was precise and well done. We had stone work added and it looked so beautiful on the front part of the house we ended up adding an entire half wall on the back side of the home. New vinyl siding everywhere. Can I just say: I can't remember a harder working crew than the guys who did the siding. Many days they were there from 7:30 am until 7:00 at night, many times taking only a 15 minute lunch break. We had some excruciatingly hot days but that didn't stop them. Honestly, we were blown away by their work ethic. Brandon was a wonderful site manager. Any time we had questions he was over to the house with answers. We absolutely love our home now! See pics - the first two are "befores" and the last 2 are "afters."

  We used Grennan Construction to put James Hardie siding on our house. They gave us a good quote and were easy to work with. The installers listened to our concerns and gave us suggestions when we asked for them. They addressed any issues that we had as we went along. We would definitely work them with again.

  Fred, Mike and their whole crew are wonderful to work with. Communication and Fred’s patience made my roof install a very pleasant one. Prices are always fair and appropriate for the job. I have had Grennan Construction work on two of my houses and have referred them to numerous people. You won’t be disappointed!!
