  Working with Joe was exceptional, I would recommend Green Slate to anyone needing roof repair or gutters. Although I initially hired him to do repairs on our roof, after taking a look he noticed that there was hail damage and worked with us to submit a claim. We ended up having to re-deck the roof due to a poor job the previous owner had done to put the home on the market. Joe took care of all the details, worked with us and the insurance agent, and we've now got a roof that I won't have to worry about for a long time. It's rare to find a contractor that shows up when they say they will, that communicates well and answers your questions, and follows through during the entire process from bid to completion. I would highly recommend Green Slate to anyone that needs roofing work done, whatever the size of the job.

  Joe was great to work with and is very responsive. Understands the insurance process and ensures high quality products are used. Joe met the State Farm insurance adjuster on site to help make sure the true costs were captured. Upgraded material to ensure a long lasting roof.

  Joe helped me through a tough time with having to pay for the roof - insurance would not cover it (that's another story :)) - he worked with me to get the best price and providing a quality roof.
