Sean gave us a thorough inspection, advised us on whether or not it was the right time to file a claim and recommended several maintenance items we had not considered as homeowners.   Calvin and his crew are replacing a pergola, gutters, and repairing the roof. They have maintained good communication throughout, and the quality of the work is excellent. Weather has unavoidably slowed completion, but the job is progressing and the people are a pleasant group to interact with.
