  I've used Great Roofing several times on my investment properties, both flips and rentals. Fair price and a project manager who actually answers the phone, which is key when you're managing several subcontractors on a job.

  So lucky I ended up picking Great Roofing & Restoration over a couple of the larger roof repairs. Great Roofing & Restoration was honest, very professional, and they did it the right way without any shortcuts. I will only use them and recommend them going forward. The roof looks amazing and it was completed very quickly without any mess. They also handled everything with the insurance making it very easy on me.

  Great Roofing did a wonderful job, replacing the rubber roof on our addition. Quite a bit of the decking had to be replaced and when I saw all of the debris in the back I was concerned how they would get it cleaned up without disturbing my garden. I couldn’t believe what a great job they did cleaning up! Honestly I think my patio was cleaner than when they started! Workers were very friendly and got the job done pretty quickly. Very happy with end results, would highly recommend them! I also got a second quote from another roofer, I told him what my quote was from Great Roofing, he said “if you can get it done for that price, I’d go for it”!
