  Years ago, G & R fixed a leak in my mid century modern house that NO ONE else in town managed to do. Over the years, they have worked on my 3 properties in Chico. They ALWAYS do fantastic work at a reasonable cost. When we had a leak, they came out immediately. Although they may be hard to reach sometimes, it is worth persistence to get them to work on my projects!

  They are working without a valid contractor's license. Its suspended for worker compensation insurance. Be careful. If someone gets hurt on your property you are liable.

  This company is horrible. They don't believe in phone calls or keeping appointments. They text me to cancel a standing appointment made over a week ago. On the day and hour they were to be at my house. Try to reschedule with no guarantee they would show. Over texting. Very unprofessional.
