  I recently had a rooftop delivery for a room addition I'm building. The two gentlemen who delivered my shingles were very friendly, very professional and right on time. The price was great also! I just went in to the showroom today and I found the office personnel to be equally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. As a general contractor, I appreciate friendly, reliable, professional service. These guys are awesome!

  The forklift driver at this location "James Wade" is completely disgruntled. As I approached the the store to check in, for delivery the entire surrounding area was jam packed with trucks to deliver Owen's corning roofing. I asked the other drivers if they were within being able to maneuver to off load, and was replied to as I was in a fine position and they would have no problems with thier maneuvers. James shows up yelling "who's tuck is this"and I reply "mine." James immediately interrupts me during check-in procedures and demands that I leave saying this is his yard and it will be the way he wants it. I ask James where do I go to park, and he replies "I do not care." From that point it escalates to the point of James forcibly grabing my door and forcing me to take his business card all because he was obviously behind in his off-road procedures and could not tell me where to park to stage for delivery. James was completely unprofessional and outside of a professional environment. Please staff this location appropriately.
