  I called to have Frontier Roofing give me a quote on replacing the roof of our Tigard home. The price quote was very competitive and they were able to do the job in a timely manner. We had a full roof tear off / replacement done and it took less than a day and a half. They were nice enough to even do some roof repair work that was found with minimal charge. Highly recommend them.

  Steve put our roof on 12 years ago. Our roof started to leak a year ago. We called several times and got no response. After 6 calls threatening a lawsuit they called back and said sorry we can’t help you warranty was over and they no longer did residential roofs. Product didn’t fail! We had 3 roofing companies come out and said it was workmanship that failed. We got a new roof today and there were leaks over the entire roof, at every flashing, vent, pipe valleys. The company today said it was the worst job he’s seen in a long time. This was suppose to be a 30 year roof and we got 11 years.

  We are surprised to here this .. You or your husband have a business selling and make tarps all kinds of them.... I have bought many of your tarps over the years and spoke to you many times also over the years to you and your husband Dennis and this was never brought up at any point while i was paying for your products ... I also spoke to your husband on the phone and he had from what i could tell no idea this was wrote maybe i was wrong in assuming this since he was a happy to speak to me and was wondering if i was going to get more tarps.. As far as some one saying that is the worst job in his history of roofing that is a sales pitch. I appreciate your time and value your opinion but your warranty was 5 years or 10 years with good maintenance a must since you live in trees like many other clients i dont know if this is the case and also many manufactures are having issue to this day with products performance over years .

  Steve used to own a roofing company named C&S Roofing. Steve installed a roof for us 12 years ago and we took his recommendation to use a particular brand. It has failed and I'm guessing his bad product caused C&S to go away and now he is Frontier. I would not consider Steve to be trustworthy and would not recommend.

  We at Frontier are sorry to here that you had a product failure. We believe if we had known about this we would have been able to help with the manufacture who fail not us as you stated there have been many manufactures products that have had problems over the years as with all products out there these days biggest being the automotive industry as we all know and we don't blame the dealership who sold us the car. We would have been happy to help you with the process as we have now for many of our past clients and all are pleased we have since we have a great relationship with all of the manufactures to help our clients and theirs as you are and all of our other clients .. We haven't changed our phone number as you can see and would have taken care of you if you would have given us a chance ...Wish you all the best thanks again for your time .
