  Had a very positive experience with Reliance Roof Pros. I'd been putting off replacing the roof of our huge detached garage. I had gotten prior estimates and frankly they wanted too much. I'm pretty handy and had planned to do it myself, but somehow it was the job that always got put off. The estimate from Reliance Roof Pros beat all the previous estimates---even during these shortages. We were flexible regarding dates and there was some delay due to the incredibly rainy December we had. But they stayed in good contact with us and worked us in the day before Christmas Eve. The crew was very professional and knew their stuff. For example, they recognized that my prow-front had inadequate support (I had previously noted the bit of sagging at the front and back ends of the roof) so they cut-in 2x4 "lookouts" and replaced the worn plywood. Perfectly flat and safe now. I personally inspected all the flashing (e.g. around my skylight) and was satisfied they did it all correctly and didn't cut any corners. Friendly, hardworking, and professional. Anyway, it is all done now and I couldn't be happier. And I'm thrilled that I didn't have to haul those shingles up there myself! Go with them and support this family business. You won't be sorry.

  Matt and his wonderful crew replaced a flat commercial roof for us. He was communicative, informative and did an amazing job during the wetted time of the year. He kept us updated and the entire transaction went smoothly even with the weather delays. Matt and Ginsely were extremely wonderful to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  We've now had our roof for over a year. Looks amazing, and no issues so far. Great communication, reasonable price, and they were here when they said they would be and finished the job quickly. Mess was thoroughly cleaned up. No complaints!
