  I needed a repair for a roof leak. The guys that came out were friendly and professional. After looking at the problem more closely, they found that the scope of work would be different than originally expected. They still got me taken care of same day and didn’t gouge me on the price. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I’d recommend Frederic for sure.

  After our roof installation with Frederic, we had new water leakage into the house. We tried to work with Frederic to fix the problem and they were very difficult. After 11 months of water leaking into my house, I got a 2nd opinion from another roof company who found the area of leakage (which was roof related as I expected) and fixed the problem 4 days later.

  Called to schedule a roof inspection was expecting 1 to 2 days or longer but Phil called me after about 1 hour and said he could do the inspection that afternoon. He did the inspection and explained there was no issues and it was in good shape. When the time comes I will certainly have the work done by Frederic's-Great & Prompt Customer Service-very professional inspector.
