  Just before the COVID pandemic hit we had Kevin out to provide a bid on our unfinished basement remodel. Kevin showed up on time! His knowledge and attention to details were impressive.

  Fox River Remodeling built an addition for us from the ground up. It was fantastic work and my husband & I appreciated his recommendations during construction. Excellent, quality craftsmanship! We are so pleased and highly recommend Fox River Remodeling.

  We attempted to have this person out for an estimate on a remodel job. He canceled on us twice. He was not willing to work with our schedule. As a matter of fact, when I gave him several day’s that would work for us, the response I received was “no thanks! Get someone else.” Very unprofessional! I highly recommend you do NOT use this business!!!

  Yes this is true! I remember you. I remember you were not very understanding about the personal problems that arose while scheduling and rescheduling the estimate, the free- no obligation estimate that I hadn’t even given to you yet, but professional attempts were made with you to do so. I never like having to say no to a client, but when I do, it’s a reflection on the client and their attitude, or in your case a POTENTIAL client. This is a very poor review by someone upset for not getting a free no obligation estimate, one that was less than understanding when scheduling conflicts arose due to personal matters during the COVID pandemic. No one was prepared for the problems arising from the pandemic. Business is business and even professional businesses will have personal conflicts as long as they’re still run with the human factor. I would personally delete this review but I think it serves Fox River Remodeling LLC better by keeping it.
